Breathe Yoga & Wellness Center is a recently expanded destination for a variety of holistic services to assist you in your well being. It is owned and operated by me, Kristin *Manjula* Hilt, a Janesville native who teaches yoga classes, wellness workshops, and offers Thai Yoga Massage.

Built upon a foundation of traditional yoga for overall well being, maintenance and recovery, and positive lifestyle habits - Breathe is a place where you can pursue your physical fitness goals, experience the mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits of yoga, be in the support of community, and develop meaningful relationships with wellness professionals.

Our purpose is to welcome people of all backgrounds who are interested in bettering themselves and improving their health naturally and holistically.

In this space, you can find peace and quiet from your busy day, positive vibes from other health oriented people, and learn lots of ways to breathe and move through life with more energy, confidence, and support.
