Private Yoga

Many people arrive to yoga with personal and specific questions, obstacles, and goals. Since a typical group class format does not necessarily address these personal needs, I am offering private yoga sessions. Whether you are looking to advance your physical practice, are just getting started, or have therapeutic considerations to take into account, I can tailor a session offering exercises, feedback, and hands on assists (if in person).

The goal of these sessions are to create a personal home practice that is suited to your needs, your body, and your goals.

We could address any of the following:

-Pain Relief

-Flexibility

-Injury Recovery

-Strengthening

-Specific Poses

-Meditation/Mental Focus

-Self Care Routines

Two Options:

Private Session Only (Virtual or In Person): $75

Private Session (Virtual or In Person) + Personalized Video Class: $120

-Either option will begin with pre-intake questions via phone or email so I am informed of your experience, goals, limitations, etc.

-Sessions will last roughly one hour and will consist of addressing your requests from intake plus questions, feedback, and modifications. Virtual sessions will take place on Zoom and in person sessions at my downtown office, masks required.

-For the Video Class option, I will record a personalized video for you on zoom and you will receive a link for unlimited viewing for 30 days.
