Prenatal Yoga Workshop

Date: Saturday, January 25th 1-3pm


This is a very special time for Breathe owner, instructor, and bodywork therapist, Kristin. She's carrying her first child and wants to embrace the experience with other pregnant women by gathering, learning, and practicing yoga. 

This class will be led by local expert, Jessica Hefty. She is a nurse, yoga instructor, lactation specialist, doula, and mother. We're very grateful to have her expertise in guiding a special class dedicated to connecting more deeply with our baby, ourselves, and learning practical ways of remaining empowered, strong, and calm.


We will learn poses to relieve pain, strengthen the pelvic floor, prepare for labor, and modify other yoga classes for our bodies. 

Cost: $30 Pre-registration required. Must be in second trimester to attend.

Breathe Open House

Date: Saturday, February 8th 11:30-2:30pm

Partner Yoga & Massage Workshop

Date: Friday, February 14th 6-7:30pm


Kristin and Travis have a tradition of sharing partner yoga, and Thai massage techniques on Valentine's Day! It's a lovely and unique new way to spend time with your partner connecting, laughing, and learning.


We will learn some partner stretches on the floor followed by massage techniques to relieve your partners pain and tension. We hope that you simply have a good time and take these tools home. You can use them to improve your communication, intimacy, sense of touch, or just be silly. 

*You do not have to have any yoga or massage experience to join this workshop!

*You also do not have to be a couple! Friends may come in a pair to learn these partner stretches and massage techniques. 

Cost: $45/Pair - Pre-Registration required! Space is limited.

Yoga Fundamentals - 4 Week Series


Two Sessions:

      Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm Jan 21st-Feb 11th         -         Sundays 4:30-5:30pm Feb 23rd-March 15th

Never tried a yoga class before? New to Breathe and want an introduction to our space? Interested in a refresher on the intentions of yoga and common poses?

This Yoga Fundamentals series is an opportunity for those who have never tried yoga or are looking for deeper explanation of poses and other practices at a slower pace with more detailed instruction. 

Breathe yoga instructor, Lin will lead this class with her calm and present approach using her years of teaching experience and passion for sharing yoga with the community.

She will cover the basics of -

- Structure of a yoga class

- Etiquette of the yoga studio

- Three part breathing

- Standing warrior poses

- Standing balance

- Heart Opening

- Sun Salutations

Movements and exercises will be done seated, reclined, using a chair, and standing. You will learn the proper alignment, names of the poses, and modifications to make them most accessible and beneficial for you.

*This class is open to all -  no experience required - all questions are welcome!

*Limited to just 6 people.

*Pre-registration required.

*$60 for the 4 week series which includes one additional weekly class in that time frame.

*Wear comfortable clothes, you may bring a yoga mat if you have one or borrow one of ours - all other props will be supplied. Some yoga mats for sale.

Cupping for Self Care Workshop

Date: Saturday, March 7th 1-5pm


This class is truly a one of a kind and back by request.

Designed from Kristin's experience combining the movements and breathing from yoga, theory from Thai Yoga Massage, self applied cupping therapy, and anatomical awareness. You will learn how to self apply cups to different parts of the body, use massage balls for trigger point and fascia release, and incorporate breath and movement for maximum efficiency. You will understand how/why these techniques work and leave with a greater sense of self care.

These techniques are extremely effective for pain relief, increasing range of motion, and relief of acute or chronic tension.

*No experience necessary! You are welcome even if you are recovering from injury, surgery, etc. - as long as you have been cleared by your doctor. Please let Kristin know if you are nurturing an injury or limitation.

*Great for bodywork therapists wanting an intro to cupping and to relieve their own tension. 4 Self-Care CEUs available through NCBTMB for massage therapists!

*Pre-registration required, space is limited.

Cost: $100/person. Includes a set of 4 cups. Massage balls provided for use and available for purchase.
